Q: I am not clear on the Agency plan.
Do we create client accounts and give them their own access/logins with a set number of signatures they can create themselves according to the plan we create for them? If Yes, how many templates will they have access to? Do they get an automatic email notification with their logins when an account is created?
Or, do we offer them to create and manage the signatures for them?
Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out. Here is our response:
With the Agency Hub service, you can create customer signatures within a single Company. You can manage these signatures yourself or invite your customers to become company admins so they can manage them themselves. Feel free to contact our Support at support@mysignature.io if you need any assistance.

Could you please specify if you mean "within a single company"? However, in the Agency Hub, isn't it possible to have an unlimited number (100) of companies? Thanks!
Hi @ebd,
I'd be happy to help clarify this for you!
With Tier 3, you can create unlimited companies with different titles (or departments) and set up signature limits for each. In the dashboard for each company, you can create customer signatures. However, the number of signatures you can create with your plan is limited to 100.
I hope it's clearer now,

Thank you for the reply, Iren, but you did not clarify what I specifically asked. I don't understand what this means "you can create customer signatures within a single Company".
Again, can you pls answer two simple questions?
1. Can we create client accounts, automatically send them logins and let them create and manage their own signatures?
2. How many templates would they have access to?
Hi @egor_uk,
Thanks for getting back to us.
1. No, you, as the account owner, can only invite your customers to join your account as Company admins by creating accounts so that, after signing up, they can create and manage their signatures within the specific company.
2. How many templates would they have access to?
In the Agency Hub, users can choose between 12 layouts.
Really hope this helps,

Sorry, am still not clear from your answers... What does it mean to invite to join my account? I don't want them to join MY account. As an agency plan holder, I want to sell clients the accounts for their own companies so they can log in and create and manage their signatures there. Can I do it or not with Tier 3? And can we brand the Agency Hub so client accounts are too branded with my company?

Can anybody pls reply to the last question in the thread?
I have the same questions @egor_uk.
When you invite a client to manage a company within your Agency Hub account, you are effectively granting them access to manage only their specific company. This means they can oversee their own email signatures and settings within a dedicated dashboard, while you retain control over the broader Agency Hub settings.
Please note that white-labeling for the Agency Hub account is not available.
I'm waiting for the same answer, because if you say that companies are unlimited and I only have 100 signatures, that means it's not unlimited... Or the second option is unlimited companies and each company has 100 signatures. It's that simple, that's what I want to understand.
