Oh boy... where to begin.

The good:
- It is easy to make a nice looking email signature.
- The price is good

This is where the good ends.

The bad:
- The agency/reseller tier does not come with analytics or open tracking, even though it claims to. You cannot use their chrome extension with this tier.
- The "copy to clipboard" feature copies wildly different html code depending on which browser you copy from. Google chrome created a 50,000+ character HTML code, while Mozilla and Safari copied HTML that was less than 10,000 characters. All of this was much more than the actual generated source code. If this is a browser specific issue, then it needs to be clearly stated in documentation. As a workaround, I had to paste the source code into https://wordtohtml.net/ and then copy the visual output in order to paste cleaner code into gmail's signature box. My recommendation to the MySignature team would be: if you can't get the "copy to clipboard" to produce the same HTML regardless of the browser, you will need to develop something similar to my workaround within the platform, and create more detailed documentation.
- The email open tracking feature simply does not work. I tested it on two separate emails and they still show as "unopened", even thought they were opened several times, and even received replies.
- The auto-email that goes out to admins of companies the reseller sets up are geared toward the reseller, claiming that the company user can "set your own prices for your customers"... erm - this IS the customer that I have set my own pricing for! How off-putting.

For these reasons, I had to downgrade my plan, and would absolutely NOT recommend you purchase the agency tier until they fix all of these issues.

I really wanted to offer this is a solution to my client, but the product just isn't there yet.

MySignature team, let us know when the product is a bit more developed, and I would happily upgrade to the agency tier again.

Appsumo... there needs to be more vetting on your end of the products you offer. They need to work as advertised, or trust with your customers is damaged.
