I grabbed the Tier 1 offer yesterday but had initial hiccups implementing the service within my Gmail (for tracking). The solution was straightforward, and their support team was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I am excited to see how the service evolves, particularly with more granular control over design and layout, whether using a template or not. That said, plenty of options cater to (even my highly) selective visual tastes.
