Useless
The service is essentially useless. Using the free HubSpot generator yields the exact same results. Furthermore, the signatures lack dynamism, meaning that if you make any changes, you'll need to re-upload them across all platforms. Additionally, the integration with Microsoft Outlook is subpar.
Let's say you have ten employees and need to update a piece of common information. You'd have to make the change ten times in the portal, then have each of the ten employees log in and manually update everything.
This is simply impractical and makes no sense.
MySignature_Support
May 9, 2024Hi Roberto,
We read your feedback, and we’re sorry our product didn’t suit your needs.
Regarding the manually installed HTML signatures update, if you have set your signature using the Copy to Clipboard option (copy/paste method) in your Gmail/Apple Mail account, images and links will automatically update in emails after you edit them in the MySignature dashboard. But if you change the text information, the signature should be reinstalled in your mail client. This is the logic of updating signatures in almost all email clients. The only exception is the Outlook desktop client. In the case of Outlook, the signature has to be reinstalled because there is no direct possibility to update photos/banners and links automatically in this email client. Let me explain it a bit more below.
When you change the logo or banner on the MySignature dashboard, it physically replaces the image on our server, so the destination URL leads to the other picture the next second you change it. However, when you paste the signature to Outlook on the desktop, it saves the image in the temporary cache of the device you are using, and even if you change the image on the server, it still shows the old one that is grabbed from the cache. So, if you are using Outlook desktop, the best way is to copy and paste the signature again. However, it can force Outlook to change images and links dynamically. For this, you can turn off the cache mode on your device. Please check this Microsoft article for more details: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/turn-on-cached-exchange-mode-7885af08-9a60-4ec3-850a-e221c1ed0c1c
But great news: if you use Outlook.com to send messages, pictures will be automatically updated there.
