BarryPelkeyQ: Can you breakdown subsequences
It is included in tier 3 but there is no info on it. Can you give me a detailed report of what that covers. Is the only reason to upgrade so that you can do all this natively. That is of course if my previous question about webhooks is accurate meaning we can see if they say yes or no and send webhook for either way to kick of automation in another platform. What benefits do I get besides the extra contacts that I cannot replicate with webhooks.

Subsequence are used to send automatic emails (or email sequence), after you have determined the prospect has replied, interested, meeting booked, meeting missed and so more.
This helps to nurture the prospect or for subsequent follow up as needed.
