Unfortunately we are not aware of the term "domain stacking", if you can elaborate on that, we might be able to help you out with your question.
Mystrika though has almost all the features of any competing cold email tool and plus more.

Hi Vishal,
When using a re-seller for Microsoft / Google, customers suffer from much higher elevated risk, as those accounts belong to one organization within Microsoft / Google, and hence share common denominators including IP range.
We'll leave it to your imagination what would happen when all cold email users fall under same IP range, and that's why we do not offer a re-seller service for them
However, that being said, we do have Dedicated IP cold email hosting service called https://doyoumail.com which is an independent service and compatible with Mystrika.
In simplest terms, if you can configure outlook or any other email client for your email ids, you can add them to Mystrika pretty easily.
Mystrika also comes with completely free plan, so try it out, before you take your card out.
