Q: Hello Mystrika Team!

I have few questions about your tool as follows:

You have mentioned about 10k prospects reusable anytime (for plan 2). What does it actually mean? Will these prospects renew every month? Also explain the term reusable anytime. Does it mean that we can upload 10k prospects in a month, send campaigns on them and then upload 10k prospects in next month and send campaigns on all the prospects i.e 20k prospects.

Also explain multiple server architecture precisely?

What is the consistent login IP? Kindly explain it as well.

What is the soft limit of 199 email IDs?

Thanks for your interest in Mystrika.
Although we love your enthusiasm to use Mystrika, for exponentially growing your business at a steal price.
Please keep in mind, not to send same query in a 30 minutes span using multiple Appsumo accounts (as seen below), on our facebook group, over phone call and across our multiple email addresses reserved for different needs. It's not beneficial for either party, to spend same time and energy on repetitive things.

All your queries have already been answered in past questions and a quick search should easily bring you to answers, as Appsumo team has done a great job on their search functionality.

Anyways, that's aside, let's answer them one by one.

- Re-usable anytime means, you are free to delete uploaded prospects anytime (without any time limitation), up to a limit your plan allows. Eg, if you go with our tier 3 plan, you can delete 15k prospects and upload a fresh set of up to a maximum of 15k anytime.

- Multiple server architecture is a technical terms, and the reason Mystrika (unlike other top tier cold email services) has never experienced a complete downtime till date (except minor hiccups).

- Consistent login IP is required when you are using premium Email Service providers (like Google, Microsoft, DoYouMail etc). If it's not maintained premium email service providers start flagging your account for breach, and disconnects them frequently. Try changing your vpn ip to 20 locations in one hour in your email client, and you will confirm that.

- Soft limit is imposed to ensure we maintain highest standard for our warm up pool. Today we are product to say, Mystrika has the best warm up pool in industry. Once you have hit the soft limit, you can raise a ticket with us for limit raise. At that point we will confirm, there are no red flags in your existing sending email id (like too many bouncing emails, blacklisted servers etc), before doubling your current account limit.
