Q: Hi, I got a refund from GoDaddy so that I could register domains with Zoho.
Now Mystrika won't accept my Zoho email address and domain either.
I followed your instructions on Youtube as well.
It's getting quite frustrating that none of this is working.

Like we mentioned before, this is not a support page and you should refrain from using it as such.
We have over 2000 email ids from Zoho in our warmup pool, working fine.
So, we assure you it's not Mystrika's server that is having an issue.
This is the video guide for Zoho.

If you are from "eu", here is the remark from one of our customer.
"Zoho mail with name cheap onboarding settings for UK (and presumably eu users ) requires 465 as smtp port not 587 and imappro/smtppro.zoho.eu rather than .com. Hope that helps anyone"
Like we mentioned before, if you choose not to join our community group of like minded people using Mystrika (https://pike.link/business-growth-hack-fresent), you need to wait for support to answer.
