I've read that Google has banned all automated warm-up services for their email accounts. What is your workaround for this? I currently have 5 Google domains on Quickmail I want to move to Mystrika. Quickmail uses a 3rd party warmer called MailFlow to do their warm ups. Thanks.

Thanks for your interest in Mystrika.
Automation has always been against t.o.s. of multiple providers, that's nothing new.
However, most Email Service Providers (including Google) has choosen not to enforce / pursue it, unless things go extreme with multiple abuse complaints.
We have literally thousands of G-Suite/G-Workplace and some free Gmail ids connected with Mystrika on behalf of multiple customers, and we are not seeing any such activity from Google's side.
In fact we are one of the only system working on pure IMAP / SMTP based, without having constant disconnect issue (unlike competition).
Only reason Mystrika automatically de-activates is an email address when it actually finds an issue with an associated email address.

If you have been working with 1ks for Google Workspace accounts with no flags on your warmer you've relaxed my concern.

I always make sure before I purchase software that customer service is easy to connect with and responds quickly.
I see you don't have a chat. Is a chat something you intend to set up for customers?

Mystrika of course works with G-Suite/G-Workplace as Google does allow SMTP/IMAP based authentication.

Other tools shut down their Email Warmup because they were using Google's API directly for running Email Warmup.
Whereas Mystrika runs via IMAP/SMTP which is universal Email standard according to RFCs.
Please note, our usual response time to all tickets is between 24-48 hours.
However, due to deals season, there is a backlog, which our team is catching up.
