Q: If we delete prospects does that mean if they answer we don't see those emails anymore or we lose automations?

If we delete prospects does that mean if they answer we don't see those emails anymore or we just can't send automations? Everything is manual from that point on since we uploaded new prospects? This would hurt follow up series emails correct that are automatic?

It is included in tier 3 but there is no info on it. Can you give me a detailed report of what that covers. Is the only reason to upgrade so that you can do all this natively. That is of course if my previous question about webhooks is accurate meaning we can see if they say yes or no and send webhook for either way to kick of automation in another platform.
