Q: is it advised to use more than One Email Account(Sender's Email)?

"Max Emails 100 / email id / day - Scale your Outreach horizontally, use more email ids."
Could you help me about this?
Q1. does it mean it is advised to use more than One Email Account(Sender's Email)?
Q2. if the Company uses "sales@abc.com", do I use the same email account as sender when doing the Cold Email marketing? or it's better to use other email account like "promotion@abc.com"?

Thanks for your interest in Mystrika.
Of course, we highly advise to stick to below limits for best possible outcome :
- Up to 3 sending email ids per domain
- Up to 50 emails per sending email id per day (out of which at least 25 must be warm up emails)
- If you are using cold email hosting provider like https://doyoumail.com stick to reasonable amount of domains on one server (expand to more DoYouMail servers as you scale)
