Q: problem with not getting a support response
here's the problem:
I'm receiving the following error during email warmup:
invalid_request: AADSTS28000: Provided value for the input parameter scope is not valid because it contains more than one resource. Scope openid email profile https://outlook.office365.com/Mail.ReadWrite ...
The warmup process gets automatically disabled and shows this error. Could you please investigate and let me know what needs to be fixed on the Microsoft 365/Outlook integration side?
I've temporarily disabled warmup until this issue is resolved.

Now, coming back to your query.
The issue was resolved and changes went live within 12 hours with the fix.
This was due to a silent change on Microsoft end.
All the support emails were answered regarding this and responded back within 24 hours. You might to check the email id you raised the email request from.
If you are still facing issue, you will have to re-connect your email id (with reconnect option in Mystrika), which will re-trigged oAuth login.
Or you can delete the sending account and add it back.
