Q: What is an alternative email contact - your email is currently blacklisted - wow.. /Main issue: Code-redemption

Hello Mystrika-Team,
my main issue is Code-redemption; as I have lots of email accounts I'd need help to be sure where and if I redeemed my Mystrika code I bought on Appsumo a while ago.
Thus I sent email to support with the AppsumoCode, my email(adresses) etc. Got an auto reply - but nobody from your team reached out to me within 7 days.
What's worse: I tried to send a reminder today to the support email. Result:
"Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"

Based on your message above, it's clear the SMTP server (which is on IONOS) with ESP GMX as seen via https://www.slimdomain.com/ip-lookup
is listed in a major blacklist/RBL provider: https://check.spamhaus.org/results/?query=82.165.159.40

It is a completely standard practice to block email delivery from SMTP servers attempting to send emails from major blacklisted IPs. We highly advise choosing a high-quality email service provider for real business email IDs.

Based on the above data, it is also good to assume your first email was never delivered to us as well if the IP was RBL listed.

Hello - I now sent 2 more emails. So far: No (!) response from you :( I really don't understand why. It's now two weeks. Two weeks without reply from you.
I also sent message here: https://fresent.com/contact I am _not_ sure if this message got through - as there was never a "success" message when I hit "send".
PS: SAD - I wrote in the email I want to buy another code - NOW it got more expensive.

The contact us form does provide clear success message upon submission.

As you are not getting the same, that would probably mean the Google reCaptcha checks are failing for your submissions on our contact us form.

As much as we would like to help, we cannot without receiving required details.

Just curious, why have you not reached out to us over our community group, as we mentioned?

Hi Jeff,

Like we mentioned before. All emails sent from your smtp server are getting rejected because your sending server is listed on spamhaus.
It does not matter which email id of ours you are sending email to, as long as your sending email server remains listed on major blacklist provider like spamhaus, those emails will never get delivered.

Please use an alternative email id of yours to send
