Q: Why Your Support Not Cooperating?

I have the code 1 and when I want to add a business email, it doesn't work. I tried to contact the support many times but they are not responding.

Thanks for choosing Mystrika for growing your business.
Please go through the auto response that goes out, when a support ticket is opened.

It is mandatory to include details about the account and associated screenshot/screen recording, to allow us to help you in reasonable manner.

If we receive email from a non registered email id, is missing username, and have no details about the error you are seeing on Mystrika. Unfortunately we cannot help.

Looking at current query itself, as you can see you have not mentioned what error Mystrika provided, it's not possible to help.

Mystrika is a very smart system and tells you exactly the error it identifies.

Eg, of possible errors in this scenario.
-SPF issue
-DMARC issue
-SMTP credential/config issue
-IMAP credential/config issue

Furthermore email type are also necessary for us to understand the issue.
Eg, oAuth based Gmail/Outlook, SMTP/IMAP by reputed provider, DIY SMTP/IMAP provider etc.

We would highly suggest to redirect generic questions towards our community group, as most questions have been covered by us already there.

Lastly, please refrain from raising support queries on this page, as it's not meant for support.
