Very efficient & effective product

I was very skeptical at first with the complains that I saw on review. But once I started using the product, I could see and test the delivery. At first, the delivery shows less than 10%, don't panic. Over the next 2 weeks it picks up. I now have 99% delivery showing up.

I started sending emails for friends and family asking them to check if the delivery was in their inbox and they all confirmed. I used online email tester tools and they reported a before score of 20% and after score of 100%.

The biggest proof was that my clients started responding to my emails. All I can say is, Haters will hate. But this is a product worth the money. The UI can be improved upon, but I know it is not easy to do all it right at the first go, so I am sure it will improve. But the tech is sound.

Great Cold Email Tool That Gets Sales

I'm seeing lots of negatives on this and thought I'd drop my experience. I've been using this tool for a year or so now and it's got me good results. Nt just positive replies, but actual sales. I've used it for web design jobs, cold email clients and just started getting subscriptions for some SAAS I'm selling. Used right, this is a very powerful tool for the money. It has some great features and works perfectly. Abhishek has also given me fantastic support and answered my questions within the hour, sometimes straight away. This is a perfect tool to use if you get the maximum tier, as volume is key.

Bug, no customer support

Unable to add emaul, it says "Email already exist in Database". Sent several emails: No response. tried to contact through Chat;no response.

The company feels like broken and rude in customer support, the product clearly doesn't work

As a VIP user of AppSumo, I recommend blocking this product. We have purchased $14,000 worth of products so far, and this has been the worst experience we have had.

We had a similar bad experience with a product that had several bugs, but this product comes with bugs and no explanation of which SPF records to add. The error is under the chat.

If someone is buying this product, I advise them to beware of the co-founder; he will not explain the solution and will come back at you with more problems.

If the product requires something to be added, it needs to be straightforward to add.
