It’s good but..
So I have had the time to play around mystrika for a few months and here is my honest review.
1. The UI is disgustingly trash. This is just my opinion but I hate how it looks and feels compared to instantly or smartlead. I feel like I’m using a software from the early 2000’s. Update this please for the love of god it’s so ugly
2. Email warmups are not the greatest to setup for new users. It’s pretty bad and hard to see if it’s turned off or on. You have to take all the settings applied and delete them rather than a switch. Please change that also.
3. Save campaigns without importing contacts. I have had this happen more then once where I write everything out for about 30-45 min and don’t put in a contact and it will delete everything. I just want to do copywriting and I don’t get why I have to import a contact to save. I just put my personal email and take it out later but it’s annoying.
4. Add a drop down for syntax. I hate typing out {{ fname }} just let it be a drop down and click. Also have an area where it will atomically detect a field instead of only asking us company name, email, full name. I want to add more sometimes.
5. Add a button to run a campaign instead of the 3 dots.
6. I believe Instantly and smartlead do better then mystrika, but the pricing is WAY better for mystrika. I would say purchase if you don’t have the money to spend currently.
Overall I do like the software, but it has its issues. I will keep using it because I believe in it. I pray to the mystrika gods they revert their whole UI tho because it is beyond garbage. I never complain about UI but this one is just not it man. Hopefully they come out with an updated cleaner look that is very easy to use very very soon. All the things above I hope they add to compete again instantly and smartlead strongly. I wanted to discuss the negative sides rather than positives since there is plenty of positive reviews. But I would say go ahead and try this app

Thanks for giving Mystrika a shot. Let's address your issues or concerns one by one.
1. UI: Here is direct UI comparison. Honestly, we find Mystrika excels clearly both on functionality and looks.

2. Warm up enable/disable: As you can clearly see in the image above, there is a direct sortable toggle to find out all the disabled warm-up emails (and even bulk mode to enable them at once).
And no, we don't require you to delete and add an email ID again to enable them. Just fix your email address (or email server) issue and use the toggle to enable them.
3. It's true that we require at least one lead or prospect before a campaign can be saved. Though it's a minor inconvenience, it's more about getting used to the platform's flow.
4. Interesting feedback. But you are aware that you can generate full email with Spintax using state-of-the-art AI within Mystrika itself, right?
5. Campaign, again has active/iinactive toggle, with green/rred color, to enable/ddisable them. It's really hard to miss.
6. It's about perception today. We have every feature that either of the cold email tools has, with in fact a much superior quality warm-up pool. It takes one time to know the quirks of other competing platforms. We have significant numbers of users onboarding from our competing platforms, and they are quite happy with Mystrika today.
Now, that aside, we are aware there are a few minor areas where things should be improved, and we are indeed working towards it.
