its value has been falling...

At the beginning it was not going badly, but as time goes by I am encountering serious drawbacks. The first one is with the support. They just don't respond, you can send emails to their support email, but they don't answer it. For me this makes the tool to lower its value to the minimum.

Then I have encountered mail providers that do not accept, some because they indicate that they have a bad reputation and others for unknown reasons. This is limiting me a lot, when in accounts with Instanly I am allowed and I have very good open rates...

Its usefulness is not at all the desired one...

Regarding email provider restrictions, we understand this may have caused inconvenience. For transparency, we currently have limitations on six specific providers to keep quality of our warm up pool really high.

mailvio.com, mxrouting.net, unione.io, mailersend.net, stackmail.com

Upon reviewing your account history, we've identified a few areas of concern that we'd like to address:

- Account Usage: We've noticed that you've created multiple single-code accounts, for maximum warm up email ids usage.. While we don't explicitly prohibit multiple lifetime deals account, this approach isn't aligned with our fair usage policy. Users must max stack one account before moving on to another account.

- Email Provider Choice: Our records show that many of your email IDs use Stackmail. While cost-effective, this provider has known connectivity issues, including complete restrictions from major networks like Microsoft. This can significantly impact email deliverability. We strongly recommend switching to a more reliable email service to ensure better performance.

- Support Requests: We've received numerous support emails from you. While we've responded to most within our sla many of these inquiries could have been resolved more efficiently through our community group. We kindly ask that you leverage our community for general questions to help us maintain a streamlined support process for account-specific issues.
