Not working and Poor response

This Mystrika app is very difficult to use. Because their process of warming up is extremely poor. Our email IDs are used for warming up other emails and after few days, it is labeled as spam by themselves and we are unable to send any effective bulk emails using this tool. Top of all, the customer support by Mystrika is extremely poor and never tried to solve the real issue, many times we get a feel that they really exist as a company or not. We request App sumo to look in to this very seriously and help to protect this community from any such attempt to push bad app by any developers to Sumo-Lings. Thank you.
