Poor Tech Support
There's a big room for an improvement, espeically in Techcnial Support.
While in attempt to get the technical info about how to set-up my own Domain, SPF, DMARC, when asked the founder, he chose to not provide all necessary information and help the customer but then limit in helping but suggesting to purchase his another product which was Not Part of AppSumo. I bought the highest Teirs but got mine Refunded.

Process and records for SPF and DKIM vary from one provider to another provider. They are indeed provided, specifically by your email service provider.
Further more, each provider (and domain registrar) has their own UI panel, as well as guide to set them up.
If you are using anything apart from Google / Microsoft, it's best to directly reach out to your email service provider support directly to help setting these records for your email ids, because we are unaware of those records.
