The company feels like broken and rude in customer support, the product clearly doesn't work

Here is their customer support from Co-Founder Abhi.

As a VIP user of AppSumo, I recommend blocking this product. We have purchased $14,000 worth of products so far, and this has been the worst experience we have had.

We had a similar bad experience with a product that had several bugs, but this product comes with bugs and no explanation of which SPF records to add. The error is under the chat.

If someone is buying this product, I advise them to beware of the co-founder; he will not explain the solution and will come back at you with more problems.

If the product requires something to be added, it needs to be straightforward to add.

Alim,

Let me put things straight, as this review is a clear retaliation and has been posted in bad faith.

You and your team have sent several emails over the past couple of week about support, even after we advised to move generic questions towards our community group instead https://www.facebook.com/groups/coldemailaccelerator (where common questions have been answered multiple times over).

Even then the team provided a resolution, and I personally responded to your queries as well.

**Now your last support email was, Why is the warmup not working?.**

As you clearly write your designation as software architect, I still can't fathom how you don't see your configuration issue even with screenshots I provided.

**Direct links to the screenshot I provided in the email:**

As I mentioned before, Mystrika is very smart in detecting issues with your email ID setup, including SMTP, DNS records, bouncing emails, and so on. It tells you exactly what issue has happened; it's the customer's responsibility to fix their email ID, as these email IDs are managed by them, and Mystrika simply uses those email IDs on behalf of customers.

Now, you are using your own VPS at 192.250.235.174; that means the onus is on you or your email service provider to configure SMTP/IMAP settings correctly, along with SPF/DKIM/DMARC records.

These records are provided by your email service provider, which in this case will be you.

If you do not configure your email IDs and your email server correctly, that will drag the quality of the warmup pool within Mystrika, which as of today is one of the best email warmup pools in the industry.

The warmup pool is a shared resource, and it's of utmost importance that it should be kept pristine.

You are also hell-bent on adding more than 10 email IDs from a single domain for sending cold emails, even though we clearly advise having 3-5 email IDs per domain in our guide at https://my.mystrika.com/accelerator

The Appsumo plan above and our FAQ (http://my.mystrika.com/#faq) clearly state we hard limit 10 email IDs on the same domain.

Unfortunately, we can only help customers if they are ready to cooperate.

If you require technical help with the setup of your email server, setup of DNS records, or setup of SPF/DKIM/DMARC, we can offer guides, but we cannot set up those for you, as we do not own your domain or your email-sending infrastructure.

Reach out to your email service provider for your email server setup and DNS record setup, or please hire technical help to get you on the correct path.

Like we always advise, the best emails to use for cold email are G-Workspace, Microsoft, and DoYouMail.

If you want to do a DIY email setup, Mystrika cannot do the email infrastructure setup for you.

Mystrika simply uses your email IDs and manages emails sent via them for warmup, cold campaigns, Unibox, and so on.
