Unfortunately, the interface is very outdated and highly illogical.
Update to my review following the team's reply:
1. This is not my first experience with this type of service. I am well aware of how these tools operate.
2. I genuinely tried multiple times to add a domain for emails in your system. But your interface never once showed the actual reason for the errors.
3. Instead of making the service actually workable, you almost immediately sent me a link to buy ready-made mailboxes tailored for your platform.
4. I can only conclude that selling this LTD (Lifetime Deal) is nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic to upsell and lock in paying customers.
5. For several days, the service was completely down. You sent a screenshot showing a massive spike in server load, and only after that did the service come back online. This means you either don't monitor your uptime at all, or you do a very poor job of tracking performance. That is definitely not what I expect from a B2B tool.
6. I got tired of trying to find a workaround for your service and ended up paying for SalesBlink. Compared to yours, everything there is running perfectly so far. It took me less than 15 minutes to connect multiple email providers and set up 30 mailboxes simply by connecting my Hermes agent via MCP. I don't know how it will perform in the long run, but I can say right now that it has a much more intuitive and user-friendly interface, highly detailed and clear documentation, and highly functional API and MCP integrations. These allow you to drastically expand the platform's capabilities, as well as manage and interact with it remotely.
7. And yes, your support did respond to my ticket, but after that, I had no desire to return to your platform. I even tried to find your roadmap, hoping that the necessary, modern updates might be on the way. But all I saw were endless user complaints about your confusing interface, making me realize that you are intentionally ignoring the problem. I left an honest, objective review stating exactly what was missing (and I didn't even mention a competitor right away).
8. Instead of taking this feedback on board—from someone who spent a significant amount of time testing your app and reporting the issues found—you decided to blame your customer. Objectively speaking, because of your platform, my campaigns are now launching two weeks late.
Unfortunately, the interface is very outdated and highly illogical. It provides no feedback when errors occur, and sometimes it throws error messages for issues that definitely don't exist. I spent a lot of time trying to add sending domains, but nothing worked out, and it's impossible to figure things out without support. The API integration is also very weak. I was highly disappointed by the lack of integration with modern AI agents, including the ability to connect and configure via MCP. I didn't even get to test the actual functionality—honestly, it was just a massive waste of time.

Edited Jul 20, 2026Hi Pavel,
We're sorry to hear you're encountering difficulties in using Mystrika at maximum capacity for your business growth.
We were very curious about what happened with your case. So, we did a deep dive.
First, the timeline:
- Purchase date on Mystrika - 07 July 2027
- First campaign created on Mystrika (and never activated) - 08 July 2027
- First Attempt to Do Anything on Mystrika - 18 July 2027
- First support email - 18 July 2027
- First support response (with custom patch to resolve issue to accommodate changes specifically for your account) - 18 July 2027
- Review date - 20 July 2027
Now, that's out of the way.
Let's look at what happened in actuality; you are using a Russian provider.
+Self-hosted email IDs with a non-prominent provider.
Our team went out of its way to ensure you have proper connectivity with our USA servers to the Russian network you are using.
We implemented additional code changes to accommodate special cases for your SPF records with a turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
Our support provides everything possible from the Mystrika side to ensure the system works for you.
Unfortunately, if you want to use self-hosted email IDs, the technical setup required to get those email IDs up on your infra is not something Mystrika can help with.
As long as any email ID passes a third-party test like https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/imap/input , they will work with Mystrika (assuming SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records are correct).
Mystrika is really simple to use.
- Add your sending email IDs on the Home tab.
- Wait for one to two weeks for delivery rate to go beyond 90%.
- Create campaign > Write email using AI > Upload prospects > Select sending email ids > Save
- Activate your campaign.
That's really it.

For the API, we directly have n8n workflows provided. You can just import them and use for your need. No technical expertise needed for it.
It really hurts to see when folks are not able to use Mystrika at its full potential, and we really do our best to help out.
But as a user, there is indeed going to be some learning curve with any software.
