Updated: Crazy bad

After my original review below, I received an automated email from Mystrika stating "plan downgraded on Mystrika". Paid for lifetime and they downgraded me because they can't take a negative review and learn from it. Reading other reviews, others have had similar experiences. Hopefully Appsumo eventually do something about this.

Original review: "Not sure how these reviews are so good. The analytics make no sense at all, no reply from support at all, very buggy. Not worth it."

It's always unfortunate, when some of our customer are not able to use Mystrika to it's full potential for growing their business.
We take every feedback seriously, and that's why on every constructive feedback, we strive to find issue faced.
Ironically, when we audited your account to figure out what went wrong, and which analytics you faced issue with, we found really surprising emails being sent out of the Mystrika system for sales.

Please note, a lifetime deal does not mean you do not have to follow terms of service, or you are absolved of cyber laws.

In general, due to the volume of emails we deal with, we are unable to do a manual audit of every email sent out. But we cannot turn a blind eye, when we find a major violation.
Your account was downgraded as a result of discovery made upon discovering the breach of terms of service (and law), to which cannot turn a blind eye.

Minor issues are of course possible, and no software or service is immune to that.
However, the breach of terms of service, when identified can lead to termination of service.
