Q: I don't seem to see any place where it indicates that we will have CNAME or a custom domain......
are those part of the deal?
also, is there a mobile and Desktop app on the way?

We are working on the CNAME right now, it is in the roadmap of this year, as well as both the desktop and mobile apps.
As for the doc sharing and hosting it is already available. you can upload docs, share them and make them downloable if needed.
