I rarely leave a comment. When a product doesn't suit me, I just get my money back. But in the case of Nectios, I must admit that I am more than disappointed both by the product, and by the total lack of consideration of the users/customers.
The application sounded promising in the description.
From my point of view, it's an anti-ergonomics application. And it gives an impression of archaism. When you can't understand the logic of building your site and community, and it's not intuitive, that's a problem.
But the problem is not just the logic, because we have to accept another logic, if it allows us to build and offer something robust to our customers.
The problem is that due to the lack of documentation on how to use the application, I posted questions on the Nectios help forum. For days: SILENCE. I then posted on appsumo to see if I had better luck: SILENCE. I posted back to support again -- > the SILENCE.
Where are they?
How move forward with an app that I think is poorly constructed, if on top of that you have no one to answer you and help you.
For me, this SILENCE of the support is symptomatic of a great weakness. And to capitalize on a weakness, that does not seem to me good for the future.
I will ask for a refund. While I had asked to understand how to do this at Nectios.

Hello Ludovic, I am very sorry to read your disappointment. We are having some issues when trying to answer all the questions from the different support channels, we are a little bit overpassed. But we will work harder to make the app more robust and intuitive. Hopefully to be able to change your opinion in the future. Thank you.
on first impression, it seems all the other reviews are spot on when they say that there is extremely little guidance on what to do and how to build. And the help pages I did find were all in Spanish as are a few other random sections too. No point in having support info in Spanish if we only read English... Looks like it has potential, but it would be nice to have some blank templates to start with as it feels like I'm building in HTML for the first time with my own clunky attempt at website building...
Hello, with nectios i hoped to get an intuitive community builder to build a german community.
I will refund, and this is why:
- the app is not intuitive. But if you have understood, that each element is handled as an own "as if" subcommunity, you will manage to create the structure you need. - unfortunately german translation is maybe available next year. Offers to support by providing translation files were ignored - only some ppl. seem to be able to provide support in english - so there are several questions in the "support community" which are not answered or the answer is just insufficient - some basic have-tos seem to doesn't work. I.e. i have created a room (external link) and i wanted to remove it. I didn't make it - and support didn't answer onto my request - i didn't find a way to provide a direct registration link for my community - support also didn't provide proper information
Yes, it might have some potential - but it is still far away to be that stable that i need.
The vision behind this product is impressive, but the execution needs improvement. I purchased the highest tier to test its capabilities, but I found it difficult to navigate the chatbot and the overall structure of the application was frustrating. At times, the site would display in Spanish or appear glitchy due to translation issues. Additionally, the "about" section was not informative and only provides a section to rewrite the preview part and not the main app box. There were other issues regarding the backend of how this application was created. Seems like they have alot of work to do regarding these bugs and UI issues. This was confusing and not user-friendly. Despite these issues, I will wait for a month to see if any improvements are made. Overall, I believe this product has great potential and could attract a lot of attention if these issues are addressed.
