with nectios i hoped to get an intuitive community builder to build a german community.

I will refund, and this is why:

- the app is not intuitive. But if you have understood, that each element is handled as an own "as if" subcommunity, you will manage to create the structure you need.
- unfortunately german translation is maybe available next year. Offers to support by providing translation files were ignored
- only some ppl. seem to be able to provide support in english - so there are several questions in the "support community" which are not answered or the answer is just insufficient
- some basic have-tos seem to doesn't work. I.e. i have created a room (external link) and i wanted to remove it. I didn't make it - and support didn't answer onto my request
- i didn't find a way to provide a direct registration link for my community - support also didn't provide proper information

Yes, it might have some potential - but it is still far away to be that stable that i need.
