Nector - Loyalty and Rewards Reviews

I bought Plan 2 with Nector. I was hoping that it will work well, but unfortunately it did not. It took several days for the setup due to some "technical issues" at their side. The support was good, but it is not located in North America, so I had to contact them and schedule a time after midnight my time.
The system is decent, but pretty basic.
We were not able to complete the setup right away, but at least the account was created.
After this, I was never able to login to their site and system for the last few weeks. The password is not accepted, there is no password reset, the support is not available.
It is too much wasted time and problems for a basic software. It is not worth the time and efforts.
I am refunding it and do not recommend this one to anybody.
Hopefully a better deal for a similar software will come to Appsumo one day!

Nector is what you will usually pay a big bucks for considering all that the product has to offer. The UI/UX of the product is world class and all the integrations are just brilliant. I'm glad I found Nector just when I was looking for this solution, and the customer support is great. I will recommend you grab this offer whilst it's available.

The features are very complete, from Loyalty, Review, and Referral, seems like purchasing 3 Shopify Apps with only one product. I can integrate and customize the rewards program of my Shopify store easily. Customer support is also very helpful. My feedback is they can offer email template customization because I have a multi-lingual Shopify website.
