Q: API Roadmap: Missing AI Writer, Plagiarism & Internal Linking Endpoints?
Hi team, I am building a fully programmatic workflow and noticed a significant gap between the Gold Plan UI features and the API capabilities. Specifically, I cannot access the following key features via the API:
-Content Designer
-Plagiarism Checker
-Internal Link Suggestions
Are there plans to expose these endpoints in the near future? If not, do you have recommended workarounds for handling these steps programmatically without leaving the NeuronWriter ecosystem? I need to know if I should build external tooling for these steps or wait for native API support.

Short answer: everyone build they own workflows, using NEURONwriter API as NLP guideline.
API endpoints are built for developers who use NLP recommendations from NEURON for own workflows (whatever that workflows are). If we see that there is a high request from community for a certain endpoint, we add it (like last update with managing workflows: tags, statuses, etc).
Currently, we do not receive questions about end points like internal linking, for example. It's not needed as developers have own ideas and processes, and they are different for every company. When they create workflows in tools like N8N, Zapier or Make - then they use multiple data sources and build the process on their own dataset. For example, connecting the database of CMR for contextual matching and building content silos.
NEURONwriter data are used to analyse competition, intent, build outline, content and score new or optimized content. If there will be a high demand for other end points - we will consider adding them.
Have a great day ;)
Appreciate the response. I admire Neuron Writer, but the API limitations for agentic workflows are a major issue. I can't access features I paid for via API. I'm not asking for new tech, just API access to what I have. This blocks me from upgrading. Partial API coverage is painful for automation. I'm at a crossroads deciding if this is the right fit or if I need alternatives.
We optimize resources to build functions that are useful for most of the users. As mentioned, if there will be a lot of demand of specific function in API, we will consider adding it.
Have a good time
I respect that, thank you for your swift responses.
Have a good day 👋
