Q: Chrome Extension v WP/GSC Integration
Dear Pavel,
We have been reading about Neuronwriter with great interest and wonder whether you could clarify the difference in functionality between working with:
- the Neuronwriter Chrome Extension
versus
- the integrations for Wordpress (WP) & Google Search Console (GSC)
The main questions:
- is less information or historical data being pulled into Neuronwriter, when working with the Chrome Extension?
- would the resulting optimisation be any different or less optimal, if it is done using the Chrome extension
- would there be any difference in the content plan created by Neuronwriter, if we only worked with the Chrome Extension
- are features like 'Auto-insert terms in existing content' & 'Auto-Optimisation' the advantage of the WP Integration over the Chrome Extension?
Many thanks for your advice on this.

Answers under questions ;)
Q1: the difference in functionality between working with:
- the Neuronwriter Chrome Extension versus the integrations for Wordpress (WP) & Google Search Console (GSC)
A1: Chrome Extension works in your browser, and you can optimize content inside the WordPress dashboard. With WP integration, you can import and export content to Neuron and edit content in Neuron. GSC is not directly related to content editing.
Q2: is less information or historical data being pulled into Neuronwriter, when working with the Chrome Extension?
A2: all data is this same in Chrome extension and WP integration
Q3: would the resulting optimisation be any different or less optimal, if it is done using the Chrome extension
A3: not really, if you use this same process, results should be this same. In the NEURONwriter editor, you can find a lot of additional tools, like internal linking or AI templates, that aren't available yet in the Chrome extension.
Q4: - would there be any difference in the content plan created by Neuronwriter, if we only worked with the Chrome Extension
A4: Not
Q5: are features like 'Auto-insert terms in existing content' & 'Auto-Optimisation' the advantage of the WP Integration over the Chrome Extension?
A5: Using WordPress integration gives you full power on NEURON as you export content after it is finished in the editor. However, Using a Chrome extension can be faster if you prefer to optimise just parts of existing text inside a specific CMS.
I hope this helps ;)
