Q: Issue: Purchased codes not reflected in account

I purchased 3 codes for NeuronWriter via AppSumo redeemed them successfully at that time. The system displayed that the codes were redeemed, and they are now marked as used, so I believed my plan was properly upgraded.

However, after checking recently, it seems the upgraded plan is not applied to my account.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? How should I proceed?

Just contact with support. Sure we will find your account as soon as we know AppSumo codes, as most of users use multiple emails and redeem codes on different email.
