NeuronWriter and WriterZen are built on this same idea to cover semantically related terms and assist you with content creation.

I assume that the main difference is workflow and available languages, datasets, etc.

As I'm not a user of WriterZen and it is hard for me to compare very well-known (for me) Neuron to unknown WriterZen, i advice 2 options:
- test it with trial account on Neuron: app.neuronwriter.com
- ask community on FB ("NEURONwriter Family"). Many of community members have used WriterZen, so they will know the difference by heart.
