I’m experiencing an issue with the editor. When I try to create or generate an article, it takes a very long time—sometimes 10–15 minutes and the article still doesn’t finish generating.
This happens almost every time I try to create a new piece of content. It makes the workflow quite difficult. Could you please check if there is any system issue, server delay, or problem with my account?
Please let me know if there is anything I should do on my side.

Please reach out to our support as I can't connect your NEURONwriter login with your AppSumo nickname. During ticket creation, please provide details such as the error message, whether you are using your own key, and, most importantly, the URL to query where the article should be generated, so we can check the log file.
