It's almost 2026 and still no proper Traditional Chinese support?
To be honest, I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased this product back in 2022 and have reported multiple times that there is a critical distinction between Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
It is nearly 2026, and you still haven't addressed this. Currently, the lack of distinction renders the entire software completely unusable for me. I feel like I have wasted hundreds of dollars on this garbage software, simply because you refuse to fix such a basic issue of separating Traditional and Simplified Chinese."

Dec 4, 2025Hello,
You are absolutely right that we do not currently offer NLP support for Traditional Chinese. While we did add Simplified Chinese in response to a few previous requests, overall usage has remained very low. Like every software team, we have to prioritise features that benefit the majority of our users.
We receive dozens of feature requests every week, and as part of our planning process, we use AI-assisted summaries to help evaluate user needs and overall market trends. This ensures we prioritize features with broad impact. In the case of Traditional Chinese NLP, the proposal you submitted over a year ago was getting votes. Still, so far, there has been minimal additional interest from other users. Since proper NLP support requires significant development and user testing, we typically move forward once there is a broader group to help validate and use the language. So, from your point of view, it looks like "simple" adding a language; but from our perspective, it's something we need to build, test, and have correct data for (which is tricky, as Google does not operate in China and results are mixed in most cases).
Still, your feedback is important to us. We will continue monitoring requests, and if more users express interest in Traditional Chinese support, we will reconsider its prioritization. In the meantime, I genuinely appreciate your patience and your willingness to bring this to our attention with this review.
Thank you again for sharing your concerns.
