My new go-to optimization tool

My brother was the one who told me about Neuron Writer about a month ago.

I had just bought this very lifetime deal, and he kept telling me how good it was.

But I've been using Surfer SEO for a long time, and the truth is that I didn't feel the need to change tools, with the time it takes to learn how to use one well.

But my goodness, they have nothing to do with each other. And it happens many times, until you don't have the opportunity to see something different, you don't realize the failures of what you've been using until then.

Why is NW different?

1-I have been complaining to Michael Suski for a long time about the silly words that the software suggests; words like e-mail, newsletter, thank you, cookies, 5 minutes, website, or one that he suggested me today in an audit that made me a lot of fun: register. You already have an account, hahaha Really? Unbelievable! And after a year, it's still the same. NW never suggests you something so idiotic, only NLP words that Google really takes into account for ranking.

2) Yes, I will miss the audits on the old surfer posts. But many of the suggestions, again, are stupid. When you look at the SERPs and see that the count is totally skewed by a result with 10,000 words or 60 images, you don't know why Google keeps it there when the rest of the results don't go beyond 1,000 words and 7-8 images. Not to mention that the number of words is not even remotely a positioning factor.

3) The surfer's keyword tool is terrible and unadjusted to reality. NW doesn't have keyword tools, but I already use a more professional one. But NW, when you enter your chosen keyword, it connects to your GSC and offers you very, very interesting keywords matched with your website. While Surfer can perfectly suggest you use the keyword Adidas on a website about Converse sneakers, I'm not lying! LOL

4) NW doesn't have a SERP analysis as complete as Surfer's, but it's Javascript based and SUPER slow. And besides, honestly, who uses that? I find NW's SERP analysis much simpler and more usable, and, in my humble opinion, much more useful, including if the competition uses video or not, if they have schemas, iframes, etc. For local SEO, I find it very useful.

Surely, in these days that I will work more with the software in the agency, I will discover more things that NW has solved in a better way than Surfer, but for now, I have seen these.

I hope to be of help to anyone who wonders whether to buy Neuron Writer or not. And I hope the developer can accomplish all the things his users ask for in the roadmap, because if he does, it will be without a doubt the best optimization software on the market by far.

Good luck to the NW guys, and if you haven't bought this lifetime deal yet, RUN before it's gone!!!
