As someone always looking to automate my workflow and polish my professional image, I’ve found Newoldstamp to be a total game-changer for my agency. The editor is incredibly slick and modern, allowing for full customization of colors and fonts without touching a line of code. Centralized management is the killer feature here, as it lets me control every team member's signature from one single dashboard rather than chasing everyone down for manual updates.

I especially love the banner feature which puts my marketing on autopilot by adding CTAs for my latest SaaS offers directly into every email. For a digital marketing nerd, the built-in analytics are gold because they provide clear data on exactly who is clicking my links. The signatures look sharp across Gmail, Outlook, and mobile, turning a boring email footer into a legitimate lead-generation machine. If you want your branding to work harder for you, this tool is an absolute must-have.

It could have some more design option like:
- Choosing more icons for all apps
- Margin options for profilepictures
- Inserting not only timed promotion Banners, but also timed html boxes or Text boxes
- MOST IMPORTANT: Chance to Insert a spacing at the top, so that when you start writing with your email client, the Text don't sticks to the signature. Right now I have to add at first a few line brakes, the go to the top to start writing. this is a bit annoying.

But appart from that it works fine.

I’ve been using NewOldStamp for about a week now. It started off really well - I like the overall design options, the interface is straightforward, and setup was easy. I also purchased enough licences to integrate through Microsoft so I could manage signatures across our organisation, which initially worked great. The ability to schedule banners and customise templates is excellent, and the end result looked professional.

However, after a few days, the reliability fell apart. Some users see the signature when composing emails, others don’t. For some, it only works on certain devices. For others, it doesn’t appear at all. It even behaves differently between Outlook desktop, web, and mobile.

I contacted support two or three days ago and, apart from an initial “try it on the web app” response, I haven’t had any meaningful help since. That’s disappointing because this tool shows a lot of promise, but right now it’s just too inconsistent to rely on in a business environment.

If the support team can resolve these issues, I’d happily update this review. But if things don’t improve soon, I’ll be requesting a refund.

What I love:

Effortless brand consistency: The template editor makes it simple to lock in fonts, colors, logos, headshots, social icons, legal disclaimers, and CTA buttons/banners. Everyone’s signature looks unified without extra training or manual tweaks.

Smooth deployment: Rolling out to Gmail/Google Workspace and Outlook/Microsoft 365 took minutes. The platform gives clear install options (copy-paste HTML, add-ins, or admin rollout), so even less technical teammates can set it up correctly.

Marketing banners that actually get clicks: Seasonal or campaign-specific banners are easy to add and update globally. Being able to switch promotions across the whole company without touching each device is priceless.

Analytics that matter: Link and banner performance tracking helps us see which CTAs resonate. UTM support is a big plus for tying email signature traffic back to campaigns.

Mobile-friendly by default: Signatures render cleanly on phones and tablets, not just desktop clients.

Time savings: Centralized control means no more hunting for rogue signatures or outdated job titles. One update and we’re done.

Unexpected perks:

Role/team variations: It’s simple to maintain slightly different signatures for sales, support, or leadership while keeping the overall brand consistent.

Polished templates out of the box: You can start with a template and be “client-ready” in minutes, then refine as needed.

If I had one wish:
A few more advanced automation options for syncing profile data (e.g., from HRIS/CRM) would make large-scale user management even smoother. That said, the current workflow is already fast and reliable.

Verdict:
Newoldstamp nails the essentials: on-brand signatures, easy deployment, and meaningful analytics. It’s rare to find a tool that marketing, IT, and end users all genuinely like — this is one of them. Strongly recommended.

I'm happy with the main functionality, but to get 5 tacos from me I'd need to see:

• Nicer, cleaner, more premium looking template designs right out of the gate.
• A drag and drop interface so it's easier to customise the layouts to my brand. Some layouts have really odd placement of the job title/company/name. I'd love more control over this.
• More fonts to choose from, especially more sans serifs.
• The ability to adjust padding between elements, and alignment of each element — as a designer, this is a biggie for me!
• I need a Substack social icon, please! Or the ability to upload my own SVGs.
• I'd like to be able to choose my own icons for links and CTAs, more than what is possible now.

I ended up having to tweak the html to achieve my desired look and feel + manually adding space to each portrait/logo before uploading to get enough whitespace, which kinda defeats the object if you're looking for a fast and easy way to manage signatures.
