I'm on planet Nexter, and there's lots to see
I installed the Nexter ecosystem on one site, and I'm pretty impressed. There's a lot more to it than I first thought. Most WordPress "ecosystems" feel like random plugins duct-taped together. Nexter's different. The four parts: Nexter Extension, Blocks, Theme, and WDesignKit play nice together.
The Blocks plugin brings serious firepower to Gutenberg. WDesignKit serves up templates that don't scream "I was built in 2012." Nexter Extension is a Swiss Army knife that replaces half of my plugin collection without the bloat. Gotta cut down on those plugins... and carbs.
All-in-one means you're betting on one vendor's vision. Some specialized plugins might edge out Nexter's bundled features in specific areas. I will still probably use other plugins of course.
The Nexter Theme itself is lightweight, though it's cool since the extension handles the heavy lifting.
Support has been great, and documentation is thorough. Looking forward to using Nexter on many more projects.

Aug 13, 2025Love the “planet Nexter” vibe, we might just borrow that line someday!
We’re glad you noticed how the Theme, Extensions, Blocks, and WDesignKit are designed to work as one without feeling like a patchwork of plugins.
Cutting down on bloat is exactly what we aim for, while still giving the flexibility to mix in other tools when needed.
