Thanks Ryan, I run a product launch marketing service for clients that has a series of around 10 steps. Different team members carry out different parts so I need a visual plan that both the team and clients can access to see what is being done at any one time

That should work well. 2 ways you could do this:
- If the clients are only going to be using it for a short time, then you could create a process and they can interact with as guests (you can use email assignments to keep them informed)
- If longer, it may be worth inviting them to you team so you can easily assign them, comment, and more.
