Are you able to export the SOP " manual".
Create a word or pdf document.
Some auditors want to see hard copy.
We realize it would lose all intelligence but the controlled and maintained copy stays within Next step.
Can the whole company processes be exported for archival? I.e. database or .MD format. Etc

You can export processes (templates or completed processes) as PDFs
You can export all process data, but will need to do so process by process at this stage. All process data comes in CSV
Can the processes be exported in a hierarchical method into a process work book?.
When exporting csv are attachments lost?

Exported process PDFs are in order of the tasks and inputs captured.
Attachments are linked as long as the processes aren't deleted out of NextStep.
