Q: Going Concern Audit Question (Buyer Durability Horizon)
Hi Ryan. I’m currently conducting a formal Going Concern Audit on NextStep for my operational portfolio, and I have to commend your technical architecture. Specifically, your method of isolating the AI compute liability to the template creation phase—rather than day-to-day task execution—brilliantly neutralizes the standard AppSumo lifetime deal debt trap.
However, my primary remaining red flag is unmitigated Key-Person Risk. With your impressive shipping velocity as a solo founder, you are currently a single point of failure for the platform's long-term continuity. Could you share your roadmap for organizational resilience? I’d love to know if there are plans to distribute the engineering load, build out a decentralized team, or establish codebase contingencies to ensure the platform survives if you ever need to step away.

NextStep is built with the mindset that it's performant, low-cost to run and maintain. All features are only added as long as they match that criteria as this is to ensure platform longevity outside of myself.
