Hi, this tool looks very promising with the upcoming API and SMTP features!
Two core questions to make such a centralized process tool truly meaningful:
conditional logic: can we create variables and condition formulas on these? i.e. dependencies to each step so that certain steps only become available based on the completion of specific conditions (not just previous tasks) ?
Is there any (BYOK) AI agent thinking step, to handle incoming data, enrich some, or handle conditional steps ?
is there any online roadmap yet?

Conditional logic for process tasks, sections, and inputs is coming later this quarter. Right now, you can lock specific tasks until another task has been completed.
Regarding bring your own keys, at the moment AI usage in NextStep is very straightforward. In the future, if we do enhance the AI capabilities throughout the product, we will look into adding BYOK as well.
