1.) Can we use your software as a service for our clients or just for own business?
2.) If we can use your software for our clients, how are clients managed within your software?
3.) Can creator & manager be deleted and replaced as needed?
4.) What happen to the process that was created by the creator or manager that was deleted?
5.).Can addition creator & manager seats be purchased after you leave Appsumo? If so, what are the prices for additional seats?
6.) When will the white-label feature & SMPT be available for use? Do you have a date on your roadmap?

1. NextStep can be used inside your business and with your clients. You can engage with your clients either as guests or as team members in your NextStep team.
2. If you use the software with clients, as mentioned above, you will probably want to invite them as team members on your NextStep team so you can assign them accordingly. If it is only going to be used with your clients in an infrequent manner, you can send them processes to run.
3. Yes, you can delete team members at any point.
4. When a team member is deleted, their process templates and processes that they run will be assigned back to the team.
5. For additional seats after the AppSumo deal ends, it is $5 USD per seat.
6. Custom Domains and SMTP is coming at the end of April/first week May.
