I have a 100 people commision based sales team, all they need is to see a process that it no edit. Can they join as guests or do I get any benefot from adding them as creators if they are not creating any process

This would probably depend on a few factors:
- Is someone else in your team starting the process each time and working through it (and the sales team is just checking it's process or is the process just being documented as a guide for them to review
If it's the former, then you can definitely keep them as guests but you'll need to send them a link to the running process each time.
If it's the latter, NextStep probably isn't the tool for this as it's meant to be used for SOPs you're working through rather than just referencing.
