Is this only a visual form capability, i.e., logo, or is this full white labelling, i.e., cname, etc.?
Also, do you currently support embedding of SOP's into external pages? And if not, is support for this on the roadmap? This is useful because it prevents users from leaving the site for additional processing.

White labelling
Right now our white labelling is visual branding, you can upload your own logo, set a brand color, and those apply to your processes and shared process links so they look like your brand rather than ours. We also support custom subdomains (e.g., yourcompany.getnextstep.io). Full CNAME / custom domain support (e.g., processes.yourcompany.com) isn't available yet but is something we're considering.
Embedding
We don't currently support embedding processes directly into external pages via iframe. You can share processes via a public link (/run/processId) that anyone can access and complete without needing an account — but it opens in our app rather than being embedded inline.
Embedding is something we'd be open to exploring, could you tell me more about your use case? For example, are you looking to embed the full process runner inside your product, or more of a read-only SOP view? That would help us prioritise the right approach.

In this case, the term "whitelabelling" is misleading. It's really just semi-custom branding. White labelling would be the ability to rebrand completely.
Regarding embedding, in my view, sending clients to a 3rd party website from my website adds friction to the process. I would prefer the entire process begins and concludes on my own platform for my own use case.
