Hi Ryan, I have purchased NextStep. Although I have just activated it less than an hour ago, my initial impressions are positive. I assumed it would have CNAME at least. That was my mistake. I understand its young business, but I would urge you to consider CNAME for custom domains and SMTP so that we can email invites using our email domain as it would be recognisable to our users.

My initial impressions are that you have a very good product here. However, I feel if you have those 2 features, it could then be considered a good alternative to the more established companies in the SOP niche. So, please consider prioritising these 2 features. I can see other people have made similar requests. Please let us know if there is a realistic chance of you implementing these 2 features in the near future?
