I'm just getting started with NextStep.io, but already it has been a decent experience. I had a few glitches which is to be expected in new tools as they launch and develop. I sincerely appreciate Ryan's responsiveness to may support questions and concerns. My main issues were will the API, and some custom field rendering issues, but Ryan took care of it, and I'm happy to continue using the tool, seeing it grow, and supporting Ryan as he continues to develop and improve. It's a great tool for managing repetitive process for my use case and not bloated at all like many project management tools. It's simplicity, and ease are what truly stand out for me. I also think the plans are very fair in terms of number of users, guests, and features. 5 Tacos!

Its a simple and well-designed process tool for creating, running, and tracking repeatable workflows, SOPs, and checklists 📋.

What I really like is that it doesn’t feel complicated. You can build a step-by-step process quickly, assign tasks, set smart due dates, and keep everyone moving without relying on messy docs, Slack reminders, or memory.

Pros:

1. Easy process creation with a drag-and-drop builder 👍🏻
2. AI-assisted workflow setup helps you get started faster
3. Dynamic due dates make deadlines much easier to manage 📅
4. Task assignments and reminders keep everyone accountable
5. Guest sharing is great for clients, contractors, or external teams 🤝🏻
6. Useful templates for onboarding, sales, marketing, IT, and more
7. Unlimited processes and guest participants
8. Helpful features like webhooks, scheduling, conditional logic, and white labeling ⚙️

Cons:

- More advanced teams may want deeper integrations over time
- The template library is useful, but I’d love to see even more industry-specific options
- Best suited for repeatable processes, dont confuse it with complex project management

If you want structure around your processes, NextStep is the way to do it.

I've only used it for about an hour, but already I see the simplicity and ease of use is going to help me map and refine my process each time I secure a license partner. Came at just the right time, thank you Next Step!

So glad I got this very useful Project Management tool, it has an easy to use UI and full of necessary elements for project overview and tracking! Great value for money and look forward to fully exploring its potential.
