NextStep delivers exactly what it promises. The platform is straightforward to set up, and the core functionality works reliably without unnecessary complexity. It’s clear the product is focused on solving a specific problem well rather than trying to do everything at once.

What stands out is the usability. The interface is intuitive, and you can get value from it quickly without a steep learning curve. For anyone looking for a practical, no-friction solution in this space, NextStep is a solid option that performs as advertised.

Even though I bought many deals on AppSumo, I have been looking for a replacement for Process Street for a couple of years. I’m pleased to finally have found one, even though it still lacks several features that Process Street offers.

I’m happy with what the product already provides, especially its ease of use, clean interface, and the many features it includes, such as:

- Webhooks
- MCP
- API
- Whitelabeling

However, the absence of conditional logic and similar advanced features is a significant drawback for now, but I see these are added to the roadmap for the next quarter, so I'm hoping this will arrive soon.

I purchased this deal because it expires in 12 hours, and I wanted to share my feedback promptly. I hope the team will:

1. Add Serbian language support.
2. Keep the input language unchanged when using AI to generate processes.

This app is a perfect companion for Shareables, from the same founding team. So easy to use, to navigate, and to create processes. Everything is smooth and works really well. The front UI is perfect, in my French language, my users / community members are very please using this, I received great feedback.

These would make great GitHub issues if you want to share and we can post feedback for NextStep.
the API is solid but the docs don't surface these quirks, and
the started_by issue makes API-driven workflows feel broken.

This is the tool I didn’t know I had been looking for — and I’m so glad I found it. My coaching practice needed more consistency and less reliance on constant “creativity.” I created a process that helps me stay on track while working with clients, and that structure has actually given me more freedom to be creative, show up with confidence, and fully bring my value.

I’m already thinking about the next part of my business I want to turn into a process! One thing I especially love is how professional it makes me look (which, to be fair, I already am — wink wink). But beyond that, having everything clearly structured and laid out gives my clients reassurance that they’re in good hands, working with someone serious.
