I keep thinking that I have reached the end of the internet when it comes to truly useful AppSumo tools. However, I have been proven wrong again. NextStep is a refreshingly useful tool that I found to be very straightforward.

I enjoyed the simplicity and power of NextStep. I am going to do a video on documenting one of our processes in Puzzle (previous AppSumo tool) and building the supporting documentation in NextStep. I purchased Puzzle and was using FuseBase for documentation. However, I was struggling with tracking the actual completion of process documentation that allowed us to learn and adjust.

With puzzle, you can embed videos and other types of documentation. However, I still ran into the same challenge of tracking our actual completion of each step of a process. AND there are ones we do on a recurring basis.

With NextStep, we can create the necessary documentation that matches the best way to help someone get it done, while ensuring all steps were completed without micromanaging or creating tedious tracking measures.
