Q: Agents and Mailbox question

The app looks great, and I plan to pull the trigger on Tier 2 or 3, at least. Could you please clarify these agent and Mailbox questions?

If I see that a Tier has 15 agents, what does that mean exactly?
Does 1 agent handle on particular task?
Are they assigned to specific leads or companies?
Something else?
Also, because I'm not clear on what the Agent does, I'm not clear on the benefit of having multiple Agents.

For the mailboxes, what does that mean exactly?

1. Agents

In Nexuscale, an agent is essentially a sequence powered by AI personalization.

The agent pulls context from LinkedIn, news, and company websites to tailor each message.

You can run multiple agents in parallel—for example, one targeting SaaS founders, another going after agencies, each with their own personalized outreach flow.

2. Mailboxes

A mailbox is simply an email account connected to Nexuscale.

More mailboxes = more sending capacity spread safely across accounts, which helps protect deliverability.

So: agents = personalized outreach sequences, mailboxes = sending power.

Yes, expanding signal detection to include company social media accounts is our goal. The goal is for agents to pull from Company. LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Glassdoor(hiring), and eventually social feeds so outreach gets even more contextual and timely.

I am very happy I came across this. I was about to subscribe to a service that does something similar to this, however they are charging $99/month. Could you look at adding FB or IG too (are those the social feeds you referenced)?

No worries at all, happy to clarify! Yes, when I mentioned social feeds I meant channels like Facebook and Instagram in addition to LinkedIn. Expanding agent context into those platforms is definitely on our roadmap.
