Q: Clarification of T4 & T5 - Scale Up
I read this:
To clarify your concern: if you purchase Tier 4 or Tier 5, you are not getting downgraded. Those tiers lock you into the Startup Plan at the Scale-Up level of features for the lifetime of your deal.
Does it mean though we are in Startup Plan, but we enjoy Scale Up plan from your website?
If so, I assume A/B Testing & Mailbox rotation is included? And Tier 1 to 3 does not have these 2 features?

All tiers (T1–T5) include mailbox rotation and A/B testing, plus all new features we roll out.
The Startup vs Scale-Up wording is just how we name our direct subscription plans.
On AppSumo, your tier locks you into lifetime access at the feature level described, so no matter which tier you’re on, you’ll have mailbox rotation, A/B testing, and ongoing updates.
