Q: Credits & Question about video
The product is awesome. I just have a few questions I'm unclear about:
1. Are credits consumed if we upload our own list of prospects but we use Nexuscale to create AI icebreakers and email them? (obviously the email credits are used - but are the "leads" credits used at all for this)
2. Are the leads credits only consumed when we download a lead? Meaning we can do as many searches as necessary without consuming our limits?
3. Can we integrate videos from repliq/potion/other video platforms into the emails we send from Nexuscale?
4. How accurate is the leads data? (Email & phone number are the two that matter most)
5. Can I tell if the lead has a phone number prior to unlocking it or do you have to unlock the lead in order to see IF it has a phone number (consuming a credit before knowing if there's a phone number associated).

Here’s how it works:
Uploading your own list: No lead credits are used, only email sending credits apply if you choose to assign the uploaded contacts to agents.
Search vs. unlock: Searches are free. Lead credits are only consumed when you actually unlock a contact.
Video integration: You can absolutely drop in links from platforms like Repliq or Potion into your outreach. We don’t limit that, though most customers stick to text + personalization for now.
Data accuracy: Emails go through real-time verification to ensure high deliverability. Phone numbers are provided whenever available, but availability can vary by market.
Phone numbers: Phone numbers are revealed upon unlocking the lead. If a number is attached, you’ll get it included automatically with that unlock.
