So if I don’t export leads manually , are you saying I Can let the agents connect right buyers based on signals w.o hitting the lead credits limit, if I don’t export any leads from ur platform ? For e.g., in Tier5 lead credit is 2k & unlimited mailboxes, but 50k limit on mails. So assuming there are 4. sequences per contact, we can connect 12.5k unique contacts per month without exhausting the 2k lead credits ?
2) if I import my own leads , what is the max floor limit (please don’t say don’t upload millions, pls be specific)
3) if I have own leads , can I enrich them?
4)@12.5k emails ,30 p.d, 20 days p.m= 20 mail ids max
5) if each client uses 4 mail ids, max client is 5, I saw you say 15 workspace in T5. Math don’t add up. Will you up mail limits?

Lead credits are only used when you export a lead or assign it to an AI agent. Sending emails via sequences doesn’t consume lead credits.
Importing your own leads is fine, and you can enrich them. Large batches are okay, but we recommend batching large imports.
Email & mailbox limits: Tier 5 has unlimited mailboxes but a 50k email/month cap. Sequences per contact are flexible, and the platform handles scheduling automatically.
Clients & sequences: You can run multiple sequences on a contact and no lead credits will.be deducted.
Tier 5 is built for high-scale outreach without quickly exhausting lead credits.

BLabsPLUSYep I understood from your earlier response thanks for quick reply. But tier 5 can allow me to only handle 5 clients if 4 sequences are used ? Will each customer get their own login with my cname ? Do you have best practices to avoid email id ban ? Can you natively integrate with sendr also in AppSumo

For Tier 5 —you can split sequences, mailboxes, and emails however you like.
Client logins with your CNAME are supported. To avoid bans, spread volume across inboxes and let Nexuscale handle throttling and rotation.

BLabsPLUSYes may I shoud asked the question on ban better. Can we limit per day mails from each mailboxes to be 25-30 depending on performance. Is there a placeholder to input this limit?
